Rob DeGrand Memorial Softball Tournament

Come join us for the 16th Annual Rob DeGrand Memorial Softba
ll Tournament. Starting Thursday August 7th through Sunday August 10th there will be tons of softball to enjoy. But the fun doesn't stop there. Saturday August 9th we will start our day with the Gary Thiry Memorial Walk/Run. Registration starting at 7:00 at the cost of $5.00 per person with the walk/run to start at 8:00 come join us and walk in memory of someone that you love. Stick around for Milk Bottle tournament and the Blindman's Co-Ed and Girls Volleyball tournament. There will also be games for the kids and great food to enjoy. All weekend long we will have our raffle and silent auction going on, with great baskets and items that everyone would enjoy. The reason for all of this fun, well we lost Rob DeGrand in a car accident 17 years ago and he loved softball so much that his friends and family decided to keep his memory alive with a softball tournament which turned into so much more. We are now able to help others in vehicle accidents, people with medical problems and so much more. We also give out 3 scholarships every year to high school graduates. This truly is a great cause so please come out and support us so we can support others in need of our help. For more information please call John DeGrand at 920-845-9471. Aida

Elton John and Tim Rice's AIDA is a contemporary musical tak
e on the grand classic tale of the love between a soldier and an enslaved princess - a love that condemns them to death, but ultimately reverses differences between the two warring nations, heralding an unprecedented time of peace and prosperity.
Based on the Verdi opera of the same name, the music brings us to the contemporary side of music theatre with great choral numbers and pop rock dispersed throughout. Round Table Theatre Productions will kick off its third season with a tale that spins throughout all time. Round Table will be the first amateur theater group in the Green Bay area to present this major musical.
Tickets for the performances are $20 and $10. Tickets for all performances can be purchased by contacting the St. Norbert College box office at (920) 403-3950. Tickets can also be purchased at the theatre on the day of the performances. For more information, please visit the St. Norbert College website at www.snc.edu/performingarts/events/
