Over 3,000 people, including many cancer survivors, participate in the Challenge. The Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania, and its Living Well After Cancer™ Program will host a "Survivor Rest Stop," where hundreds of cyclists, and hopefully Lance Armstrong, will stop to rest and refuel.
